During this time of 21 century there has been a big change in the style for human beings. This is caused by an advance change on Science development and technology of everything which leads even on eating life style. It seems like apart from the good benefit of an advance on science and technologies also there is a big number of human beings, especially elders in cities and rural villagers’ who are suffering with life-limiting illnesses.

It is now HIV, all types of Cancer, Leukemia, Sugar, High blood pressure, and Obesity is now becoming a pandemic disease and dangerous for human life. In big and developing cities like Dar es salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Kilimanjaro and other Tanzania regions, people are very busy seeking and struggling for a better life. In that condition you may come across those with life-limiting illnesses who are more suffering with pain of two types. Pain of the illnesses and pain of any one to care, or to listen and help her or him during that pain. The community or the families have nothing to do sometimes for those people who need extra help like palliation, due to lack of education on that and also facilities. That is why this team of Msamaria has come to see that there is a need for such a mobile Unity of Palliative team who can fasten the other hospital management of pain for those Patients with life-limiting illnesses. Palliation is always very costly because it deals with all aspects of the human body problem, which is psychological, physically, spiritually and mentally.

 Msamaria Care Unity is a program started by a team of Palliative workers with different displinatories as of 2019, for the purpose of helping patients who can not afford the whole hospital costs. The programmers run in different corners of Arusha City and Arusha Urban area in improving its career of palliation to patients’. They devoted their own time to improve the life quality of patients by visiting them at their home after working hours. The team intended to have their own transport and have more time to attend the patients all the time once they get a dormer to help them on running costs of the programme.

We are a quick and rapid team on responding to any one and especially the vulnerable and marginalized groups in order to retain hope of life to individual’s, family and the whole community, through quality service in order to reach God’s purpose to any individual.
